By accessing and using Kazinex ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You retain ownership of your schedules, reports, workflow records, documents, and other content you provide through the Service. You grant Kazinex a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazinex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
