Due to the digital nature of our service, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We encourage Planner customers to take full advantage of the 30-day Planner trial before subscribing. Report Forge and Workflows are demo-led product paths.
1. No Refund Policy
Kazinex operates a no-refund policy for all subscription payments. Once a payment has been processed for a Pro subscription (monthly or annual), it is considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles.
2. Why We Have This Policy
As a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, Kazinex provides immediate access to all features upon subscription. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be "returned." Our no-refund policy ensures fair treatment for all customers and supports the ongoing development and maintenance of our platform.
Try Before You Buy
We offer a 30-day Planner trial with access to Planner Pro features. This gives you time to evaluate the schedule intelligence workflow before making a purchase decision. No credit card is required during the trial period.
3. Subscription Cancellation
While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to all Pro features until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Planner accounts will revert to trial status (if eligible) or limited access after expiration
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to our no-refund policy at our sole discretion. These may include:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our part
- Service unavailability exceeding 30 consecutive days due to issues within our control
- Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by Kazinex management
Any exceptions are granted solely at Kazinex's discretion and do not establish precedent for future requests.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving any legitimate billing issues directly.
6. Annual Subscription Downgrade
If you have an annual subscription and wish to switch to monthly billing, you may do so at the end of your current annual billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
7. Planner Trial Terms
The Planner trial allows you to:
- Access Planner for 30 days without payment
- Access Planner Pro features during the trial period
- Cancel at any time during the trial with no charges
We strongly recommend using the full trial period to ensure Planner meets your schedule review requirements before subscribing.
